Sweet treats with the chocolate dispenser/glaze warmer
Cover your treats with liquid chocolate from the chocolate dispenser/glaze warmer by GGM Gastro
Chocolate is known to make people happy. The sweet is also very popular in liquid form, like a kind of chocolate sauce, for example over ice cream, pastries or fresh fruit. GGM Gastro offers chocolate dispensers, or salep dispensers, for catering establishments so that the melted treat can be easily produced.
The dispensers are designed for professional, commercial use and have a large capacity of up to ten liters. The visually very attractive chocolate dispensers are available at GGM Gastro in both matte black and matte white.
The chocolate dispenser/glaze warmer works with an even melting process
The container for the chocolate is made of transparent material, so that the process can always be observed.
The chocolate can be added bit by bit. With the switch on the side of the chocolate dispenser, the device can be easily turned on and off. The temperature can be manually adjusted as needed using the controller. This allows the chocolate to be melted inside or to be kept in its melted state. Inside the chocolate dispenser, rotation supports the melting process and ensures an even result.
The GGM Gastro chocolate dispenser should always be used with water to ensure the heating function of the device works properly. However, filling the correct amount of water is very easy thanks to the scale. It shows the minimum and maximum levels.
Specific filling of the chocolate, quick and easy, for delicious chocolate creations
To fill the liquid chocolate, pull the lever at the front of the machine forward. Underneath the filling lever, there is a drip grid that prevents contamination of the surface on which the device is placed. The float in the grid makes it easy to see when the tray needs to be emptied. Emptying it is quick and the drip grid can be put back in place.
The feet of the GGM Gastro chocolate dispensers ensure a secure stand and therefore easy handling. The dispensers can be cleaned particularly well with a small brush.
