The operation of the dough portioners is very simple. Depending on the model, it may work slightly differently. The weight can be set with the paddle before switching on. When you start the dough portioning machine, the dough is pushed out by a screw conveyor. As soon as the dough touches the paddle, a contact is activated and the blade cuts off the dough.
Now the dough scraper comes into play. The cut-off ball falls into the rounding device and is transported upwards using another screw. During this process, the dough is formed into a perfect ball. The dough can then be placed in a suitable container and cooled or processed directly.
Cleaning is also extremely easy. Depending on the model, all parts that come into contact with the dough can be easily disassembled and cleaned of dough residues.
