Especially for buffets, food services, and the like, it is important to keep the already prepared food evenly warm. It is important to keep food warm gently without burning. Bain-maries are the ideal solution for this. For space-saving and flexible use, GGM Gastro offers restaurant owners various table setups.
With their capacity, the table bain-maries are designed to keep larger quantities of food warm optimally and gently. This makes them ideal for use in professional, commercial settings. They can, for example, be used very flexibly at buffets. The rubber feet always ensure a firm and safe stand.
The body of the table-top bain-marie is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. The devices are therefore robust and durable.

Easily choose between electric and gas-powered table-top bain-maries

GGM Gastro offers both electric and gas-powered models. Both variants are easy to handle. The gas devices work with pre-set propane gas. They have an electric igniter. Ventilation slots ensure sufficient air circulation.
The powerful electric bain-maries can be set using a manual temperature controller. There are both stepless and step models. A distinction can be made between phases to keep food warm and phases to heat food quickly. The devices can be switched on and off using a switch. A lamp also supports the safe and efficient use of the table-top bain-maries.

Flexibility as desired thanks to different containers

Thanks to the smooth surfaces and the use of the drain tap for the used water, cleaning the devices is very easy. This allows restaurant owners to easily meet the strict hygiene requirements of the industry.
Depending on their preferences, restaurant owners can decide whether they want to use only one large container, or whether they want to keep different dishes warm in, for example, three smaller containers. The matching containers are of course also available in the GGM Gastro range.
