Conditions of participation and privacy policy

These conditions of participation regulate participation in promotions and competitions (hereinafter collectively referred to as "promotions") of

GGM Gastro International GmbH, Weinerpark 16, 48607 Ochtrup(hereinafter referred to as "GGM Gastro")

on www.ggmgastro.com, Facebook and Instagram as well as the collection and use of the personal data provided by the participants.

Participation requirements and action period

In order to successfully participate in the promotions, the instructions described in the web store at www.ggmgastro.com, Facebook or Instagram posting must be followed.

Eligible to participate are persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

Owners, employees and other staff of GGM Gastro are excluded from participation.

Participation in the respective promotions is only permitted once per company.

The respective promotion period is, unless otherwise stated, always the calendar day of publication and is valid for the time of publication.

Exclusion of participants

GGM Gastro is entitled to exclude participants from the promotions who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the website, or who violate the conditions of participation or morality, or who otherwise attempt to influence the promotions in an unfair or dishonest manner.

Special rules for sweepstakes

The stated/described prizes will be awarded among all eligible participants of the sweepstakes.

Payment of the prize in cash, in kind, its exchange or transfer to other persons is not possible. A participant can renounce the prize. In this case, the next participant in the order of winners will take his/her place, if possible. Otherwise, the prize will be awarded randomly by drawing lots among the eligible participants. The handover of the prizes will be coordinated individually with the participants.

Participants will be notified of the prizes promptly by e-mail to the e-mail address or telephone number provided and asked for confirmation.

If the participant does not respond after two requests within a reasonable period of time, the prize may be transferred to another participant. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. invalid e-mail addresses or telephone numbers), the organizer is not obliged to investigate correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participants.

GGM Gastro points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed prematurely due to external circumstances and constraints without this giving rise to any claims by participants against GGM Gastro. This may include, but is not limited to, technical problems with hardware or software, intervention by third parties, rule changes or decisions by platforms such as Facebook.

Liability

GGM Gastro accepts no responsibility for damage caused by participation in the promotions. This does not apply in the case of damage caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of GGM Gastro, or for personal injury caused by negligence on the part of GGM Gastro.

Rights of use

The participant grants GGM Gastro a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, temporally and spatially unlimited right of use to the transmitted content (photos, comments, contributions, videos or other content). The granting of rights also applies to the use in the context of any form of advertising and/or public relations (including using the content as an integral part of online advertising, such as in the context of banners, videos, screen shots, audio samples, teasers, newsletters, titles and names) for the business activities, services or products of GGM Gastro.

The participant also guarantees that the exercise of the rights of use does not violate the rights of third parties and / or other legal regulations.

The participant indemnifies GGM Gastro against all claims made by third parties on the basis of the information uploaded by him/her due to the infringement of any copyrights, rights of use under copyright law, ancillary copyrights or other rights.

Data protection notice

GGM Gastro grants the highest possible standard of data protection in the context of the promotions and observes all relevant legal provisions in this regard. GGM Gastro will not forward any personal data to third parties. GGM Gastro will store the personal data of the respective participant exclusively for the purpose of the promotions and will delete them immediately after the end of the promotions.

By participating, the participant expressly agrees to the storage and use of the personal data provided for the purpose of the promotion.

Upon written or textual request, participants may at any time request information from GGM Gastro about which personal data is stored by GGM Gastro, may request its correction and deletion, and may revoke data usage consents. For questions regarding the collection, processing or use of personal data, for information, correction, blocking or deletion of data, the participant should contact goek@ggmgastro.com.

Facebook and Instagram exemption

The promotions are not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and are in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook or Instagram. Information will be provided to GGM Gastro, not to Facebook or Instagram.

Other regulations

If individual provisions are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. This shall not apply if adherence to the contract would represent an unreasonable hardship for one of the contracting parties.

German law shall apply exclusively. Legal recourse is excluded.
