Germany's leading trade fair for food service professionals
INTERGASTRA is one of Europe's leading trade fairs for the hotel and food service industries, with an impressive display of stands and exhibits spanning all ten halls of the Messe Stuttgart convention centre. Held every two years, it attracts more than 1,200 exhibitors and countless trade visitors.
INTERGASTRA offers trade visitors a one-of-a-kind opportunity to discover the latest trends, innovations and products for professional kitchens and hotels. Exhibits are divided among the fair's four key areas: Kitchen & Food, Furnishings & Tableware, Services & IT, and Drinks & Coffee. An entire hall is dedicated to GELATISSIMO, the trade fair for artisan ice cream makers.
