Prepayment
When making a prepayment, you transfer the amount in advance to the bank account listed below. Please ensure that you indicate the exact reference for the transfer, which is displayed for you at the end of the order, as otherwise we will not be able to allocate your payment correctly. Please indicate this order number together with your first name/surname as the reference in the bank transfer.
Please note that the receipt of payment may take from one to five days depending on the weekday and speed of the relevant bank.
Your order can be processed only once payment has been received.
When making a prepayment, it is only possible to receive 24-hour delivery if the payment has been received and registered by 10.00 a.m.
